Has anyone eaten here yet? I realized it just recently opened...we will be going to Maui in a couple weeks and thinking of going here. I haven%26#39;t eaten at the Mala Ocean Taveren in Lahaina but hear it%26#39;s good.

We too are heading for the Wailea Marriott in a few weeks and just read that Mala has opened. We ate at their Lahaina location 2 years ago and thought it was pretty good. I wouldn%26#39;t say over the top but I would certainly try it again while we%26#39;re at the Marriott.
Isn%26#39;t Alice Cooper part owner there? I think I saw an article about it in the Maui News in January.
I ate at the one in lahaina many years ago...and it was good, not great.
Can you give us a report when you get back from Maui? We%26#39;re looking forward to an upcoming trip and will be staying at the Wailea Marriott. I%26#39;d love to hear about your experiences at the hotel and the restaurant. Have a great trip!!
