Can anyone tell me the Best way to get to the Lahaina Harbor from our condo at the Westin Ka%26#39;anapali Ocean Resort Villas?. We are going with another couple who are renting a car but we have one day where we would like to go sailing and they have other ideas of what they would like to do. Husband and I love to sail, the faster the better, we really want to do this, Any help would be appreciated.

I believe the Westin shuttle also goes into Lahaina. I may be wrong on that though. But I do know there is a bus that goes into Lahaina that is only $1.00 or so each way, we met some gals at the Sheraton Luau that were staying at the Whaler and had used the bus and said it was great.

A new bus service was begun last July. County of Maui has contracted with Roberts to provide this. Website shows routes and times. May be slow, but a bargain at only $1 pp (no transfers).
