Thanks, trying to find more specific answers to questions such as how much is the property tax for a $300,000 condo in waikiki? We have stata council here, what type of system do they have there etc...

I%26#39;ve lived on Oahu for the past 8 years. Also about 5 years during the 70%26#39;s while in the Navy.

But I don%26#39;t own a condo %26amp; don%26#39;t really know much about purchasing one.
