Road to Hana Questions

Does anyone know if the road on the south (?) side of Hana is re-opened or do you need to turn around and back track return to your starting point? If you do turn around, what is the drive time, assuming you%26#39;ve already made all your stops and are driving straight back.

I%26#39;m trying to decide if I want to make this trip again this year. Last year I was the driver and I know I missed a lot. I also had 3 under 20%26#39;s with me that decided to call it quits around halfway. That said, I%26#39;m not one to sit and ride in a car for hours on end either.
