Mr. Goode question - Pu'u Poa #407

We%26#39;re going to Kauai in Aug08 and have committed to renting unit 407 at Pu%26#39;u Poa -- we found out information about your unit after committing -- it turns out our budget would have precluded renting your unit with the beautiful Bali Hai view.

Since it appears that you%26#39;ve been on the Board of Directors at Pu%26#39;u Poa for several years and have posted previously that you have been in most units, can you confirm if that unit is indeed owned by Mr. Farrell and is it in as nice a condition as it appears on the internet? We have never had problems in the past renting using the internet listings, but want to make sure we%26#39;re sending our fees to a legitimate owner there...

Dear Hawaiiover12 ---

I am pleased to respond to your question about Puu Poa Unit # 407....

--- I am quite familiar with this unit # 407 and can

definitely confirm it is in the nice condition you see depicted on its website. Being a penthouse level unit you will enjoy high 9 to 20 foot ceilings with considerably greater air flow than the lower floors, AND have completly private ocean decks. It is also an end corner unit, so you will have a large picture window in your dining room and two smaller windows in your kitchen that add extra light.

--- Mr/Mrs Farrell have indeed owned this unit # 407 for many years, amd are very responsible AOAO Members that sincerely care about their Kauai home.

I hope these comments ease any concerns you have.

Wishing you the very best of August stays - no better place on this planet ! Dick

Thank you for the amazingly quick response. I have read a number of your forum responses and appreciate the time you spend sharing your island knowledge and acute awareness of the properties at Princeville.... we look forward towards our return visit!!
