Chef Kevin Carlson (I believe formerly of the Haiimaile store) packages and sells a variety of great spice blends. I have tried 5 of them and they are all delicious. I initally picked up a jar at Bad A-- Coffee in Lahaina and have reordered more directly through Kevin. You check out the many different types on the website and then mail your order with a check to him in Maui. I usualy get them within a week. They are $18 for 3 jars including shipping and $5 per each additional jar.

I have tried the Seafood blend (dill and other spices), Island style, Maui bay blend, green thai curry, and sezchan blend- all great!

Thanks for the information. I may try checking this out at Bad A in Lahaina. Then if I am pleased and want more, I%26#39;ll do like you said. Will be On Maui March 18th for a week.
