Trying to choose between two photographers

Hello all, hopefully a past B%26amp;G or a friendly local can pass on their opinion.

I am trying to choose between Ken Posney and Kilohana Photography (Steve Gnazzo) for an upcoming wedding in Kauai. Both shoot photojournalistic style. Any opinions / recommendations?

I saw some old threads regarding wedding photographers a while back. Have you tried doing a search on the forum of the photographers you like? Someone recommended a photographer and I wrote her name somewhere -- I checked out her blog and it was seriously amazing. If you are interested, I can look that name up for you.

Yes, I have combed the recommendations here. Photography, I have found, is somewhat personal and what may be nice to one, is not to another. My fiancee and I both like these two photographers and I was having trouble finding reviews/testimonials outside their respective sites and was wondering if there was a local perspective. No need to look back for me as I was searching for something particular.

Sorry for the late reply here, but as a wedding officiant, some of my couples have chosen Ken Posney (Poz Photography or kenposney.com)for their weddings and he is really easy to work with. My couples seem to like his style and communication is good. I would highly recommend him. Professional, yet easy going.

I haven%26#39;t worked with Kilohana Photography, so I can%26#39;t offer a comparison.

In comparing the two websites...Ken Posney is awesome! There is a difference between taking photos and creating photos!

I am an amature photographer at best...but I do know alittle...and if you look at most of the photo%26#39;s Ken took they are definitely MUCH better composition, quality, artistic, etc....
